The premium book and forms are available in Adobe “pdf” you can save, view and print. Use the Adobe link on the left to get Reader, it is free and once installed works within your internet explorer. It is a large file to download, once you have if installed you can use if for all pdf’s in the future. After installed come back and view, right click and save or print. When printing forms, please try and print them double sided for those that are doubled sided. Usually it takes “printing current page” or just the first page and then reinserting back into the printer to print the other side.
